Meet Pho Tran, Senior Sales & Customer Relationship Manager – Vietnam
I joined ATALIAN Global Services Vietnam in 2011 and came with more than 10 years of experience covering multiple roles to help grow the business year-on-year. For the first 3 years, I was a Sales Admin which allowed me to understand the client’s activities, I even memorised most of the project names and details.
I enjoy working in a dynamic and diverse environment which has helped me expand my network as a Senior Sales and Customer Relationship Manager.
What does the 2022 International Women’s Day slogan, #BreakTheBias mean for you in your work life?
Break the bias to me means our differences should be celebrated and valued!
What barriers have you overcome to be successful in your field?
When I stopped comparing myself to others, I realised I was, as I am now, in control of my own destiny.
I have managed to connect with several clients I did not have access to and increased my confidence to get bigger and bigger deals. Enthusiasm and responsibility are my motto!
What can be done to encourage and support a more inclusive workplace in your industry?
Be bold enough to express your personality and thoughts.
If you were given 60 minutes for yourself during the working hour on International Women’s Day, how would you spend your time?
Drink a cup of coffee, listen to a song and think more about my family with a smile!
